Violations: Observed interior of ice machine not clean to sight and touch. Discussed with PIC who stated that she would bring it to the owner’s attention in order to have it cleaned routinely. New violation.
Wildflour Cafe, 2206 Dawson Road, Suite A
Score: 95, Grade: A
Violations: Observed food in the walk-in cooler being exposed to dripping water due to a leak from the fan. PIC is purchasing a new cooler. New violation. Observed the vegetable sink being used to prepare tuna. PIC removed the item from the sink. New violation. Observed no hot water at the hand-washing sink in the women’s restroom. PIC will have the sink repaired. New violation.

Violation: Observed silverware not placed so handles are only touched by employees. New violation.
Charley B’s, 2401 Dawson Road Suite G
Score: 92, Grade: A
Violations: Observed the interior of the ice machine needs to be clean. Discussed the frequency of cleaning with the PIC. Repeat violation. Observed no tight-fitting lid on the Dumpster. PIC will have the lid replaced on the Dumpster. Repeat violation.

Lee County Criminal Justice Center/Jail, 119 Pinewood Road, Leesburg
Score: 100, Grade: A
Lee State Prison, 153 Pinewood Road, Leesburg
Score: 95, Grade: A
Violations: Observed broken/missing floor tiles in kitchen and ware washing area. Repeat violation. Correct by Nov. 1. Observed evidence of roaches in facility during inspection. New violation. Correct by Aug. 1.
