Violations: Observed the gaskets on the drink machines needed to be sanitized. Person In Charge removed the gaskets and had them cleaned; Corrected On-Site — New Violation. Observed cooking pans stacked wet on the rack. Discussed properly stacking pans to allow them to air dry; Corrected On-Site — New Violation.

Score: 94, Grade: A
Violations: Observed no employee health policy to allow employee’s to report health related diseases transmitted through food. . PIC was given a written health reporting agreement.;Repeat Violation. Observed no written procedure for employees to properly clean up vomitus or fecal matter. PIC was given a copy of the written procedure; Repeat Violation

Score: 90, Grade: A
Violations: Observed no Certified Food Safety Manager for the store. PIC will have 60 days to get a new CFSM. New Violation. Observed no soap at the employee’s hand washing sink. Soap will be delivered by someone from facilities; New Violation. Observed gaskets on reach in cooler holding chicken wings in need of repair. PIC will have unit repaired; Repeat Violation.

CRK Child Development Center, 2103 E. Broad Ave.
Score: 89, Grade: B
Violations: Observed white milk in the reach in cooler being held above 41 degrees Fahrenheit. PIC discarded the milk; New Violation. Observed inadequate hot water supply in the employee’s restroom. PIC will have the water fixed; New Violation.

Waffle House No. 783, 1702 E. Oglethorpe Blvd.
Score: 75, Grade: C
Violations: Observed bacon stored next to patty sausages and eggs above gravy in the reach-in-cooler so that not to prevent cross contamination. PIC arranged food items according to cooking temperature to prevent cross contamination; Corrected On-Site — New Violation. Observed pecans not stored in a covered container. PIC placed a lid on the container; Corrected On-Site — New Violation. Observed gravy, waffle batter, and lemons being held above 41 degrees Fahrenheit. PIC discarded the food items; Corrected On-Site — New Violation. Observed onions in the dry storage area stored below the dishwashing chemicals not to prevent contamination. PIC moved the onions to a different area; Corrected On-Site — New Violation.
Remarks: A reinspection will be done in 10 days.

Violations: Observed accumulation of dust on the fume hood. Discussed frequency of cleaning with the PIC; New Violation. Observed dumpster missing drain plug. PIC will contact company and have the plug replaced; New Violation.
