DOUGHERTY
March 3
Albany Middle School, 1700 Cordell Ave.
Score: 90, Grade: A
Violations: Observed TCS food being held above 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Person in charge will have cooler repaired; new violation. Observed TCS food being held below 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Person in charge will have warmer cabinet repaired; new violation. Observed no drain plug for the Dumpster. Person in charge will have plug replaced; new violation.
Moultrie Road Child Development Center, 111 Moultrie Road
Score: 100, Grade: A
March 6
Blue Dog Station (Bar Only), 1502 E. Broad Ave.
Score: 100, Grade: A
Buffalo Wild Wings, 2822 Nottingham Way
Score: 96, Grade: A
Violation: Observed multiple ice bins that were not stored with tightly fitting lids. PIC covered the ice bins; corrected on-site, new violation.
Hot Dog King No. 3, 110 Cordele Road Unit 2
Score: 96, Grade: A
Violation: Observed no vomiting/fecal cleanup procedure. Person in charge was given a copy of the procedure; new violation.
South Georgia Regional Achievement Center, 1001 Highland Ave.
Score: 100, Grade: A
The Lunch Room, 2125 Newton Road Building C
Score: 95, Grade: A
Violations: Observed fume hood needs cleaning; PIC will have fume hood cleaned (scheduled to be cleaned March 10,2017); new violation. Observed floors in back kitchen need cleaning; PIC will have floors cleaned at end of closing; new violation.

Score: 100, Grade: A
TCBY, 2416 Dawson Road
Score: 97, Grade: A
Violation: Observed wiping cloths stored between uses in solution that did not contain chlorine sanitizer. Discussed proper chlorine sanitizer strength with the PIC; new violation.
March 8
China Shuttle, 2601 Dawson Road, Suite D-5
Score: 90, Grade: A
Violations: Observed the hand sink in the main kitchen was inaccessible due to items being stored in the sink. Employee removed items; corrected on-site, repeat violation. Observed raw chicken being prepped in the sink designated for washing fruits and vegetables. PIC removed the chicken from the sink; corrected on-site, new violation. Observed scooping utensils in bulk sugar and rice bins that were either missing a handle or the handle was not stored above the top of the food. PIC removed the scooping utensils without handles and stored the other handles above the top of the food; corrected on-site, new violation.
Remarks: Plus/minus 3 degrees Fahrenheit allowed for thermometer accuracy; discussed food storage; discussed trash storage.
Pepi Food Service, 512 Liberty Expressway
Score: 91, Grade: A
Violation: Observed TCS foods (ham, potato salad, turkey) above 41 degrees Fahrenheit on the salad bar. Person in charge replaced the items on the salad bar; new violation.
Remarks: Plus/minus 3 degrees Fahrenheit allowed for thermometer accuracy; discussed checking food items when they are delivered to the facility.

Score: 94, Grade: A
Violations: Observed no paper towels available. PIC provided some paper towels in handsink in restroom; corrected on-site, new violation. Observed water not working in restroom. PIC will have water repaired; new violation.

TERRELL
March 9
Terrell County Child Development Center, 2526 Albany Highway, Dawson
Score: 91, Grade: A
Violations: Buttermilk opened and held longer than 24 hours with no throw-out date marked; repeat violation. Correct by March 10. No sanitizer present in wiping cloth solution; new violation. Correct by March 10.
Remarks: Items to address before next inspection: Water interruption plan.
CALHOUN
March 8
Calhoun County Head Start (Food Service Inspections), 326 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Arlington
Score: 91, Grade: A
Violations: Raw shell eggs stored next to apple juice in reach-in cooler. PIC moved apple juice to designated area; corrected on-site, new violation.
Remarks: Items to address before next inspection: Cold holding temps; clean ice machine; date marking; residential equipment.
