Violations: Observed inside of ice machine not clean to sight and touch. Black substance noted on interior of ice machine. Discussed with PIC. In the Main Kitchen, observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit located in the glass door reach in cooler. Discussed with PIC. PIC to test sanitizing containers routinely to ensure proper chlorine ppm with test strips on hand. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
