Country Music Hall of Famer Kenny Rogers’ Atlanta home was originally listed in 2014 for $4.8 million. After no buyers and a few months off the market, the estate was listed again. It is currently priced at $2,825,000.

According to property records, the home was purchased in 2012 for $1,500,000.

The gated Mediterranean villa located off Parc Du Chateau NW in an exclusive north Buckhead community is 11,964 square-feet sitting on 1.26 acres.

It features 22 rooms including six bedrooms, twelve baths, an elevator, ten fireplaces, a home theater a Roman spa, full apartment above garage and a pool with a swim-up bar.

According to multiple reports, Rogers tried to sell his Athens (Ga.)-area home in 2013 for $8.5 million. After no bites on that listing, the home went up for auction in July of this year.

In 2012, bizjournals.com reports Rogers sold his lakeside retreat in Jackson County, Ga. for about $2.3 million.
