The 4th of July weekend could bring some stormy weather, but those willing to dodge the showers can find an Independence Day fireworks display or other entertainment in the Albany area. Albany’s Independence Day Fireworks and Celebration festival kicks off with live music at 5:30 p.m. on Monday at the Veterans Park Amphitheater, with the party unfolding down Front Street.
