2024 is right around the corner, but there’s still time to explore what Albany has to offer before the big day. Before the celebration check out some of what’s going on at some Albany area businesses, including the Orange Bowl on the big screen or other events going on this weekend.

When: Saturday, starts at 10 p.m.Where: The Harvest Moon, 2347 Dawson Road.Electric Junkyard is coming to rock the Moon.

When: Satruday, starts at 3:30 p.m.Where: Pretoria Fields Brewing, 120 Pine Ave.Watch the Orange Bowl matchup of the University of Georgia against Florida State on big streens HD with surround sound inside or outside. The event will feature indoor cornhole, halftime games, Billy Boyz Wings’ food truck, with a 10% discount on pints for those wearing a team jersey.

When: Friday, starts at 6:30 p.m.Where: Albany VFW, 315 Philema Road.Danny the DJ and the Still River Band will provide the entertainment. Proceeds from a raffle will support the organization.Admission: $7.
