A daddy-daughter dance, dinosaur encounters, dance show and celebration of Georgia Beer Day are among the events set for this weekend in southwest Georgia.

When: Saturday, registration starts at 8 a.m., with walk following 9:30 a.m. awards ceremony.Where: Meredyth Place, 2740 Ray Knight Way.The Phoebe Foundation is partnering with Phoebe Cancer Center and dedicated community volunteers for The Ribbon Walk, representing all colors and types of cancers.
