Albany Mayor Bo Dorough and Commissioners Jon Howard, Chad Warbington and Demetrius Young were sworn in Monday night after the Nov. 7 election results were finalized. All of the city officials are incumbents. Howard is the longest serving Albany commissioner in history, serving over 30 years.
