ALBANY — The Albany Area Crime Stoppers Most Wanted Fugitive this week is Kimberly Ann James. All fugitives on the Albany Area Crime Stoppers Most Wanted List should be considered armed and dangerous.

Kimberly Ann James is a 29-year-old black female who is 5 feet 2 and weighs 192 pounds. She has black hair, brown eyes and several tattoos. James has “Kimberly” tattooed on the right side of her neck, “Virginia” tattooed on her calf, a rose tattooed on her right calf, two paws prints tattooed on her breasts and “Daquwan” tattooed on her right thigh. Her last known address is in the 2100 block of Crepe Myrtle in Albany.
James has active arrest warrants in Dougherty County for three counts of forgery in the 1st degree. She also has warrants for making false statements/writings, no auto insurance, no driver’s license on person, and driving with suspended/revoked/canceled vehicle registration.
