ALBANY — The Albany Area Crime Stoppers Most Wanted Fugitive this week is Farley Lotez Brown. All fugitives on the Albany Area Crime Stoppers Most Wanted List should be considered armed and dangerous.
Farley Lotez Brown
Farley Lotez Brown (aka Farrell Brown and Eddie Louis) is a 49-year-old black male who is 5 feet 8 and who weighs 170 pounds. Brown has brown eyes, black hair and numerous tattoos on his arms and legs. Brown has active arrest warrants for probation violation and failure to register as a sex offender. His last known address in Dougherty County is in the 3600 block of Great Oak Street in Albany. He also is known to frequent blood/plasma donation centers.
