ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 23 incidents on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports show. The incidents included:
— Inhumane treatment of an animal on the 100 block of Telfair Avenue and the 900 block of Crawford Drive;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 200 block of Dawson Road, the 2000 block of North Slappey Boulevard and the 300 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Theft by taking on the 2200 block of Thompkins Avenue, the 700 block of West Society Avenue and the 200 block of Johnson Road;
— Forgery on the 3300 block of Gillionville Road;
— Wanted person on the 300 block of Grant Place and the 900 block of Willowwood Drive;
— Criminal trespass on the 900 block of Rosedale Avenue, the 1200 block of Towering Pines Lane, the 1900 block of Radium Springs Road and the 900 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Disorderly conduct on the 300 block of Mock Road, the 700 block of Cotton Avenue and the 2800 block of Old Dawson Road;
— Burglary on the 1100 block of North Slappey Boulevard, the 1900 block of North Slappey Boulevard, the 500 block of Pinson Road, the 100 block of Morningside Drive, the 600 block of South Valencia Drive and the 400 block of Edgewood Lane;
— Aggravated assault on the 600 block of Johnson Road and the 500 block of Dorsett Avenue;
— Entering auto on the 2300 block of Schley Avenue;
— Robbery by force on the 800 block of Swift Street;
— Giving false name on the 200 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Driving on suspended license on the 1800 block of North Slappey Boulevard.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty Police Department responded to at least 35 incidents on Thursday, available reports show. The calls included:
— Unwanted guest on the 6000 block of James Drive;
— Theft on the 4600 block of Leary Road;
— Suspicious person on the 2400 block of Cherry Laurel Lane;
— Disorderly conduct on the 3200 block of 3200 block of Sylvester Road;
— Missing person on the 2900 block of Lindsey Avenue;
— Burglary on the 2000 block of Old Dominion Road;
— Discharging firearms on the 800 block of Radium Springs Road;
— Abandoned auto on the 1400 block of South Mock Road;
— Motor vehicle theft on the 3200 block of Sylvester Road;
— Animal call on the 2500 block of Imperial Street, the 1600 block of Dorough Lane, the 6000 block of James Drive and the 600 block of Holly Drive.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least seven calls on Thursday. Calls included shorted electrical equipment, smoke removal, authorized controlled burning, unauthorized burning, leaking gasoline and motor vehicle accident.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty Emergency Medical Service responded to 56 calls on Thursday. The calls included 37 medical calls and 19 trauma calls.
The medical calls included six chest pain calls, three miscellaneous pain calls, two respiratory issue calls, two altered mental status calls, one faint, one diabetic issue call and 22 various medical calls.
The trauma calls included 10 auto accident victims, four falls and one assault.
