ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 18 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Theft by shoplifting on the 200 block of Cordele Road and the 1800 block of Mock Road;
— Possession of drug-related objects on the 600 block of North Jackson Street;
— Driving without insurance on the 1400 block of East Tift Avenue;
— Entering auto on the 600 block of Mission Court and the 2200 block of McCray Drive;
— Burglary on the 200 block of South Ingleside Drive and the 700 block of West 1st Avenue;
— Battery on the 200 block of Monarch Drive and the 300 block of Independence Drive;
— Criminal damage to property on the 700 block of Andover Lane, the 500 block of Ebony Lane and the 200 block of North Jefferson Street;
— Criminal trespass on the 1200 block of West 2nd Avenue and the 900 block of Dorsett Avenue;
— Aggravated assault on the 300 block of Collins Street;
— Theft by taking on the 200 block of Pine Bluff Road and the 200 block of McCray Drive.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 27 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Suspicious person on the 3800 block of Vanderbilt Drive, the 4800 block of Folly Drive and the 3200 block of War Eagle Drive;
— Animal call on the 500 block of Flowing Well Road and the 1400 block of Broach Avenue;
— Criminal trespass on the 2400 block of Tarva Road and the 2700 block of Spelman Drive;
— Abandoned auto on the 5700 block of Newton Road;
— Armed robbery on the 700 block of Cordele Road;
— Speeding auto on the 7100 block of Newton Road;
— Juvenile problem on the 3200 block of Sylvester Highway;
— Auto accident on the the 1000 block of Eight Mile Road, the intersection of Pecan Lane and Moultrie Road and the 1200 block of River Pointe Drive;
— Suspicious Auto on the 1100 block of Liberty Expressway.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 32 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports show. Incidents included public service, burning garbage truck, passenger vehicle fire, alarm system activations, arching or shorted electrical equipment, motor vehicle accident, downed power line, grass fires and a building fire.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 57 various medical calls on Monday, available reports show. Incidents include seven miscellaneous pain complaints, six respiratory issues, Four seizures, four diabetic issues, three faintings, two mental health issues, two chest pain complaints, one altered mental status call, one stroke and 14 various medical calls.
Trauma calls included eight falls, four auto accident victims and one laceration.
