ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 30 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Criminal trespass on the 10 block of Dobbs Drive, the 200 block of Cordele Road, the 100 block of Force Drive, the 1300 block of Hampton Avenue, the 1800 block of Gadsden Drive and the 500 block of Cochran Avenue;
— Battery on the 200 block of Pinson Road, the 1600 block of Beverly Avenue and the 1100 block of West Gordon Avenue;
— Public indecency on the 800 block of Cherry Avenue and the 1000 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Theft by taking on the 2400 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Driving on suspended license on the 300 block of East Broad Avenue;
— Possession of marijuana on the 200 block on Cone Street;
— Aggravated stalking on the 3800 block of Old Towne Court;
— Aggravated assault on the 600 block of Willard Avenue and the 1100 block of West Gordon Avenue;
— Robbery by sudden snatching on the 900 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 200 block of Cordele Road, the 2200 block of North Monroe Street and the 2600 block of Dawson Road;
— Armed robbery on the 500 block of Don Cutler Sr. Road;
— Open container on the 1400 block of Palmyra Road;
— Disorderly conduct on the 1800 block of Seay Court, the 1400 block of North Jefferson Street, the 1000 block of North Westover Boulevard, the 2400 block of Sylvester Road and the 800 block of North Jefferson Street;
— Burglary on the 2300 block of North Monroe Street;
— False public alarm on the 2700 block of Dawson Road.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 14 calls on Thursday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Suspicious auto on the 300 block of Philema Road;
— Suspicious person on the 200 block of North Hibiscus Road;
— Family violence on the 600 block of Holly Drive;
— Assist to motorist at the intersection of Newton Road and Leary Road;
— Unwanted guest on the 3300 block of Sylvester Road;
— Criminal trespass on the 1400 block of Mock Road.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least nine incidents on Thursday, available reports show. The incidents included a bomb scare, shorted water heater, overheated motor, excessive heat, water leak, smoke detector activation, indoor trash fire and an EMS call.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 75 incidents on Thursday, available reports show. Incidents included three chest pain calls, 10 respiratory issues, five medical transfers, four altered mental status calls, one faint, seven miscellaneous pain calls, two strokes, one mental health call, one diabetic issue, and 24 various medical calls.
Trauma calls included seven auto accident victims, three falls, three assaults and one laceration.
Other type calls included one medical alert assistance.
