Albany police seek two men in March shooting

ALBANY — The Albany Police Department is asking for help in locating two suspects in a March 23 shooting at Club Vibe, 1020 Flint Ave.

Tevin Tamoski Scott, 19, was shot while on the outside of the business, police officials say, and later was considered a suspect as well.

Scott is described as being 6 feet tall and weighing 158 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He’s wanted by the APD on charges of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, gang participation and affray.

Also sought in connection with the shooting is Torieno Jarrell Howard, 25. Howard is 5 feet 4, weighs 110 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Howard has outstanding warrants that include aggravated assault, affray and gang participation, officials say.
