ALBANY — Albany Technical College announced that the spring 2024 and summer 2024 cohorts of its Nursing program achieved 100% pass rates on the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX). This achievement underscores the college’s commitment to excellence in health care education.

Associate of Science Nursing Director Latrona Lanier attributes the success to the collective efforts of dedicated faculty and motivated students.

“This milestone is a testament to the hard work, passion, and resilience of our faculty, staff and students,” Lanier said. “We are so proud to see our students succeed and carry the banner of Albany Tech into their careers.”

President Emmett Griswold also offered congratulations to the students in the program.

“I am always incredibly proud to hear about the success of our students,” Griswold said. “Achievements like this would not be possible without the dedication and expertise of our outstanding instructors and dedicated staff here at the college. Their hard work ensures the success we are seeing in this vital program.”

The achievement underscores Albany Technical College’s position as a leader in health care education and reaffirms its mission to provide high-quality training that equips students for successful careers, college officials said.
