LEESBURG — Lee County Middle School East is looking for individuals and businesses in the community to participate in its eighth-grade Career Fair on Jan. 12.
The event will be an opportunity to showcase local careers of parents and community members and provide insight into possible job opportunities as students start to think about adult responsibilities.
Persons interested in highlighting their career to the Lee eighth-graders are asked to sign up by Jan. 5.
The career fair will be held Jan. 12 from 1:30-3 p.m. at the Lee County Middle School East campus (185 Firetower Road) and bus parking lot.

Those whose job utilizes a specific vehicle are encouraged to bring the vehicle as well. In addition to representing various jobs in the school gymnasium, a representative will be available in the bus parking lot to help display the vehicles and speak with students.
