Four arrested, two at large in Cleveland Street homicide

ALBANY — The Albany Police Department announced that it has made four arrests and is seeking two other suspects in the March 18 shooting death of Antwan Penn, who was shot several times while traveling in his car on the 1100 block of South Cleveland Street.
Nekhi Parks, 18; Montrez Nix, 17; Brian Massey Jr., 15; and Nicholas Collier, 15, all have been charged with murder and are currently under arrest in the Dougherty County Jail. Brothers Zaydren Thomas, 20, and Donnellius Thomas, 22, have been identified by police as suspects and remain at large. The Thomases have active murder warrants out for their arrests.
The victim was traveling in his vehicle on S. Cleveland with his wife, Courtney Duncan, 32, when they were “ambushed” by gunfire, an APD news release said. Duncan was struck multiple times but survived her injuries.
More charges are pending in this investigation.
