GBI seeks information in deaths of Smithville mother, daughter

SMITHVILLE – The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has identified the two victims found dead in Smithville Thursday.
The victims are Jessica Lynn Hatcher Thompson, 41, and her daughter, 17-year-old Julianna Denise Thompson.
The two were found dead in an apartment in the 100 block of Wells Street after the Smithville Police Department responded to an E-911 call at that location.
The GBI asks anyone with information to contact the agency at 1 (800) 597-TIPS (8477) to leave an anonymous tip. Individuals also can give information by going to https://gbi.georgia.gov/submit-tips-online, or by downloading the See Something, Send Something mobile app.
