Jury seated in murder trial

Tiffany Wise, 34, has pleaded not guilty in the death of Mabel Berry, an 88-year-old woman who was killed at her home May 3, 2009.
The trial for Wise is opening today in Dougherty Superior Court. A jury of three men and nine women has been selected in the case.
Wise is charged with malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault and concealing the death of another.
The trial is expected to run through Wednesday.
