ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 34 incidents on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Thefts by taking on the 100 block of Marie Road, the 600 block of Tulsa Lane, the 600 block of West Gordon Avenue, the 600 block of Mission Court, the 2300 block of Bluewater Drive, the 2600 block of Dawson Road, the 2900 block of Sylvester Highway and the 800 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Criminal trespass on the 2200 block of Friar Tuck Lane, the 100 block of Marie Road, the 1700 block of North Harding Street and the 1300 block of East Broad Avenue;
— Burglaries on the 2300 block of Hawthorne Avenue, the 400 block of Heard Avenue, the 2200 block of Dawson Road and the 2300 block of Dawson Road;
— Disorderly conduct on the 300 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 2400 block of Cardinal Street and the 1200 block of Kingstown Court;
— Simple battery on the 1200 block of West Waddell Avenue and the 600 block of South Slappey Boulevard;
— Harassing phone calls on the 1800 block of Seay Court and the 600 block of Swift Street;
— Entering autos on the 1300 block of South Slappey Boulevard and the 300 block of South Jackson Street;
— Financial transaction card fraud on the 2000 block of Cumberland Lane and the 500 block of Landings Lane;
— DUI on the 400 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Child in need on the 1700 block of 11th Avenue;
— Criminal damage to property on the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue;
— Aggravated assault on the 1200 block of Fifth Avenue.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least nine incidents on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Personal welfare check on the 3500 block of Gravel Hill Road;
— Animal call on the 200 block of Hidden Lakes Drive;
— Inhumane treatment of animal on 4400 block of Harris Road;
— Tree down on the 900 block of Holly Drive;
— Family violence on the 2300 block of Sanborne Avenue;
— Lost tag on the 2100 block of Habersham Road;
— Miscellaneous call on the 2100 block of Habersham Road;
— Suspicious person on the 300 block of Westover Road;
— Accidental hit and run on the 3100 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least four incidents on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Authorized burning on the 2000 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Medical assist on the 1900 block of Palmyra Road;
— Bomb scare on the 200 block of Cordele Road;
— Auto accident on the 2800 block of Sylvester Highway.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 68 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports show. Incidents included 11 chest pain calls, 10 respiratory issue calls, five altered mental state calls, five miscellaneous pain calls, three diabetic issue calls, one stroke call, one seizure call, one labor call and 26 various medical issue calls. Trauma calls included six auto accident calls, three falls and one laceration call.
