ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 18 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Thefts by taking on the 2000 block of Stratford Drive, the 500 block of North Jackson Street, the 400 block of South Cleveland Street and the 3000 block of Dunwoody Drive;
— Battery on the 100 block of East Road and the 500 block of North Westover Boulevard;
— Disorderly conduct on the 400 block of Wells Street and the 700 block of Bobbit Drive;
— Criminal damage to property on the 2200 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard and the 1400 block of East Lincoln Avenue;
— Obstruction of officers on the 1100 block of Gillionville Road;
— Robbery by force on the 2400 block of Nottingham Way;
— Criminal trespass on the 300 block of Barton Avenue;
— Cruelty to animals on the 800 block of Frotscher Street;
— Burglary on the 500 block of North Westover Boulevard;
— Entering auto on the 600 block of Holloway Avenue;
— Inhumane treatment of animal on the 1600 block of Pineview Avenue;
— Injured person on the 100 block of Thornton Drive.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 14 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Private property accident on the 1500 block of South Mock Road;
— 911 hang-ups on the 1400 block of South Mock Road and the 1700 block of Oakhaven Drive;
— Fraud on the 2100 block of Habersham Road;
— Miscellaneous call on the 3300 block of Sylvester Highway;
— Accident with injuries on the 1500 block of South Mock Road;
— Auto accident on the 5500 block of Gillionville Road;
— Suspicious persons on the 400 block of Philema Road and the 100 block of Honeysuckle Drive;
— Auto accident extrication on the 3700 block of the Liberty Expressway Southeast;
— Criminal trespass on the 2800 block of Lindsey Avenue;
— Suspicious auto on the 3700 block of Parr Road;
— Lost property on the 2100 block of Habersham Road;
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least six calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Extrication of victim from vehicle at the intersection of Hancock Road and the Liberty Expressway;
— EMS assists on the 2700 block of Bettys Drive and the 2200 block of Greenoch Avenue;
— Building fires on the 300 block of North Ingleside Drive and the 700 block of Mobile Avenue;
— Arcing electrical on the 500 block of Swift Street.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 80 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included 12 chest pain calls, 12 respiratory issue calls, four miscellaneous pain calls, three mental health calls, two altered mental state calls, two seizure calls, one faint call, one stroke call, one diabetic call and 25 various medical calls. Trauma calls included six auto accidents, two falls, two lacerations and two assaults. Other types of calls included three medical alert calls, four other types of calls and one assist of the Albany Fire Department.
