ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 21 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports show. Incidents included:

— Burglaries on the 600 block of Jefferies Avenue and the 1400 block of Avalon Avenue;

— Entering autos on the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive, the 500 block of West Society Avenue and the 700 block of East Broad Street;

— Obstruction of EMT on the 400 block of South Slappey Boulevard;

— Abandoned vehicle on the 2300 block of West Alberson Drive;

— Criminal trespass on the 400 block of South McKinley Street, the 3600 block of Club Drive and the 700 block of Georgetown Drive;

— Thefts by taking on the 900 block of West Third Avenue and the 600 block of Holland Drive;

— Demented person on the 1300 block of Gillespie Avenue;

— Open containers on the 1100 block of East Roosevelt Avenue, the 500 block of South McKinley Street and the intersection of Palmyra Road and Madison Street;

— Disorderly conduct on the 1500 block of Georgia Avenue and the 500 block of Park Lane;

— Injured person on the 500 block of Cotton Avenue;

— Simple battery on the 400 block of North Cleveland Street;

— Missing person on the 2100 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 15 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports show. Incidents included:

— Auto accident fatality on the 7800 block of Newton Road;

— Assist motorists on the 4000 block of Moultrie Road and the 2000 block of North Jefferson Street;

— Theft by deception on the 1500 block of the Liberty Expressway;

— Auto accident on the 6300 block of Newton Road;

— Suspicious auto at the intersection of Lily Pond Road and Newton Road;

— Suspicious persons on the 300 block of Pine Bluff Road and the 100 block of Redbud Road;

— Juvenile problem on the 3200 block of War Eagle Drive;

— Missing person on the 800 block of Community Avenue;

— Drug overdose on the 3000 block of Sylvester Road;

— Animals at large on the 2800 block of Barnaby Drive, the 500 block of Pine Bluff Road and the 3300 block of Sylvester Highway;

— Disorderly conduct on the 1400 block of the Liberty Expressway.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least nine calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports show. Incidents included:

— Power line down on the 1200 block of Baker Avenue;

— Public service call on the 1100 block of West Broad Avenue;

— Extrication of victim at the intersection of Tenth Avenue and Slappey Boulevard;

— Passenger vehicle fire on the 7000 block of Newton Road;

— Shorted electrical on the 400 block of South Westover Boulevard;

— EMS assists on the 2600 block of Colonial Drive and the 1100 block of Newton Road;

— Outside rubbish fire on the 600 block of Heard Avenue;

— Unauthorized burning on the 1800 block of Taft Street.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 77 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports show. Incidents included eight respiratory calls, five chest pain calls, four seizure calls, four miscellaneous pain calls, three altered mental state calls, three cardiac arrest calls, two stroke calls, two labor calls, one faint call, one mental health call and 21 various medical calls. Trauma calls included 11 auto accident victims, five falls, one laceration and one assault.
