Albany Area Chamber Business Expo Thursday
More than 50 vendors on hand for annual business expo

ALBANY — Albany Area Chamber of Commerce member vendors lucky enough to secure a spot in the Hilton Garden Inn Conference Center will strut their stuff for fellow members and the general public Thursday in one of Albany’s premiere events: the annual Chamber Business Expo.
The public is invited to sample local cuisine, enter for door prizes and check out the latest intel on the more than 50 chamber members who registered for the expo. The event generally draws hundreds of businessmen and -women, most of them eager to network with their peers, as well as members of the general public who are part of the vendors’ potential customer base.
Admission to the expo is $5 or free with a business card. Among the door prizes up for grabs is the $1,650 Honeywell IP Surveillance System grand prize, which is being donated by Central Monitoring.
The expo kicks off at 4:30 p.m. and runs until 6:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn, located at 101 Front St. downtown.
