ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least seven calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Burglary on the 900 block of Desota Street;
— Thefts by taking on the 900 block of West Oakridge Drive, the 100 block of Force Drive and the 300 block of Foresstal Lane;
— Entering autos on the 100 block of Monarch Drive and the 1600 block of Gadsden Drive;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 200 block of Cordele Road;
— Criminal trespass on the 2500 block of Brookhaven Court, the 1900 block of Pineknoll Lane and the 2500 block of Crescent Drive.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 19 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Auto accidents on the 500 block of Southeast Liberty Expressway and the 2200 block of the Liberty Expressway;
— Suspicious autos at the intersection of South Mock Road and Moultrie Road and the 3300 block of Sylvester Highway;
— Burglar alarms on the 800 block of Patterson Avenue, the 1100 block of the Liberty Expressway and the 2400 block of Betty’s Drive;
— Criminal trespass on the 800 block of Cordele Road;
— Terroristic threats on the 2100 block of Habersham Road;
— Traffic arrest on the 100 block of Ramsey Road;
— Miscellaneous property damage on the 3200 block of Sylvester Highway;
— Suspicious persons on the 3300 block of Sylvester Highway and the 4000 block of Moultrie Road;
— Speeding auto on the 4400 block of Stage Coach Road;
— Hold-up alarm on the 4500 block of La Costa Road;
— Loud music on the 400 block of Old Pretoria Road;
— Harassing phone calls on the 2100 block of Habersham Road.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 10 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— EMS assists on the 2100 block of Lamm Street, the 1400 block of West Whitney Avenue, the 1900 block of Palmyra Road and the 2500 block of Belmont Avenue;
— Auto accident on the 200 block of East Broad Street;
— Extrication of victim on the 700 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Arcing electrical on the 1900 block of Cowles Street;
— Natural gas leak on the 1800 block of Lullwater Road;
— Building fire on the 300 block of South Mock Road;
— Assist police or other agency on the 1500 block of Palmyra Road.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 48 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included eight respiratory issue calls, five miscellaneous pain calls, four chest pain calls, two cardiac arrest calls, two seizure calls, one altered mental state call, one diabetic issue call and 15 various medical calls. Trauma calls included three falls, three auto accident victims, two lacerations and two assaults.
