ALBANY —The Albany Police Department responded to at least 13 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. The incidents included:

— Thefts of lost/mislaid property on the 2800 block of Nottingham Way and 2300 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Criminal trespass on the 2800 block of Old Dawson Road and the 2100 block of Beachview Drive;

— Second-degree burglary on the 2300 block of Whispering Pines Road;

— Thefts by taking on the 300 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard and the 100 block of Thornton Drive;

— Disorderly conduct on the 1600 block of Pineview Avenue and the 2300 block of Threadneedle Court;

— Simple battery on the 900 block of Corn Avenue;

— Second-degree criminal damage to property on the 2300 block of West Garden Avenue;

— Demented person report on the 500 block of Flint Avenue;

— Entering automobile on the 500 block of Pinson Road.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least 13 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. The incidents included:

— Auto accidents on the corner of South Mock Road and Moultrie Road, the intersection of Clark Avenue and Branch Road and the 3300 block of Clark Avenue;

— Thefts by taking on the 2100 block of Habersham Road and the 800 block of Liberty Expressway Southeast;

— Animal calls on the 1700 block of Beattie Road and the 400 block of Hollis Drive;

— Fraud on the 2200 block of Liberty Expressway Southeast;

— Burglary alarm on the 3200 block of Sylvester Highway;

— Family violence on the 1900 block of Hancock Road;

— Suspicious person on the 3600 block of Vanderbilt Drive;

— Auto accident with injuries at the intersection of Clark Avenue and Sylvester Highway;

— Injured animal on the corner of Sylvester Highway and North County Line Road.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least nine calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. The incidents included:

— EMS calls on the 1700 block of East Broad Avenue and the 2200 block of Leonard Avenue;

— Alarm system activations on the 700 block of North Westover Boulevard and 2300 block of Dawson Road;

— Forest, woods or wildland fire on the 1100 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Hoover Street and Stuart Avenue;

— Chemical leak on the 500 block of Industrial Park;

— Extrication of victim(s) on the corner of Gadsen Drive and Newton Road;

— Passenger vehicle fire on the 1700 block of West Oakridge Drive.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 65 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. The incidents included seven chest pains, one abdominal pain, one choking, nine respiratory issues, 14 general sicknesses, one headache call, one fainting call, two altered mental statuses, two diabetic issues, one man down, two seizures, two abnormal behaviors, two cardiac arrests and one other medical call.

The trauma type calls included seven auto accidents, six falls, one laceration, one assault and two traumatic injuries. The other type of calls included one local transport call and one medical alert activation call.
