ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 17 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Disorderly conduct on the 1100 block of Newton Road, the 800 block of Cotton Avenue and the 600 block of Kingsbury Lane;

— Battery on the 300 block of Moultrie Road and the 1100 block of Dawson Road;

— Aggravated assaults on the 200 block of North Broadway Street and the 1200 block of Kingstown Court;

— Criminal trespass on the 600 block of Sands Drive, the 300 block of South Mock Road, the 400 block of Gaines Avenue and the 1400 block of East Tift Avenue;

— Criminal damage to property on the 1400 block of Whispering Pines Road;

— Theft by taking on the 2400 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Forgery on the 1800 block of East Broad Avenue;

— Burglary on the 1000 block of Moultrie Road;

— Child in need on the 1500 block of West Lincoln Avenue;

— Theft by taking on the 800 block of West Lincoln Avenue.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least seven calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Criminal trespass on the 2600 block of Lonesome Road;

— Suspicious auto on the 4800 block of Cooper Street;

— Burglary on the 1300 block of Lily Pond Road;

— Suspicious persons on the 3200 block of Sylvester Highway and the 600 block of Henson Drive;

— Discharging firearm on the 2200 block of Oakhaven Drive;

— Auto accident on the 2100 block of Habersham Road.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least five calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Power line down at the intersection of Moultrie Road and Teche Avenue;

— Brush fire on the 6700 block of Newton Road;

— EMS assist on the 2300 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Building fire on the 2500 block of Rosebrier Avenue;

— Outside rubbish fire at the intersection of North Washington Street and West First Avenue.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 53 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included eight respiratory issue calls, four altered mental state calls, four seizure calls, three diabetic issue calls, two cardiac arrest calls, one stroke victim call and 20 various medical calls. Trauma calls included five falls and three auto accident victims. Other types of calls included four medical alert calls.
