ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 17 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Suicide attempts on the 2100 block of West Gordon Avenue and the 600 block of Bobbitt Drive;

— Burglaries on the 2400 block of Sylvester Highway, the 900 block of West Mercer Avenue and the 4000 block of Gillionville Road;

— Thefts by taking on the 2300 block of Greenleaf Lane, the 800 block of North Westover Boulevard and the 2000 block of Beachview Drive;

— False report of a crime on the 2300 block of Dawson Road;

— Battery on the 1700 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard and the 900 block of West Tift Avenue;

— Entering auto on the 1300 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Criminal trespass on the 2600 block of Dawson Road, the 100 block of Chehaw Park Road and the 500 block of Pinson Road;

— Miscellaneous property damage on the 1200 block of North Madison Street and the 1400 block of West Third Avenue.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least six calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Suspicious person on the 400 block of Philema Road;

— Burglar alarm on the 400 block of Poinciana Avenue;

— Motor vehicle theft on the 1400 block of Lily Pond Road;

— Miscellaneous call on the 6000 block of James Drive;

— Opened door on the 400 block of South Westover Boulevard;

— Attempt to contact on the 4100 block of Quail Hollow Road.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least seven calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— EMS assists on the 1000 block of Hobson Street and the 400 block of Robinson Avenue;

— Cooking fire on the 400 block of Dorsett Avenue;

— Gas leak on the 2100 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Outside rubbish fire on the 800 block of West Second Avenue;

— Smoke removal on the 1000 block of Butternut Avenue;

— Arcing electrical on the 1900 block of Jones Avenue.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 63 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included nine respiratory issue calls, five chest pain calls, two stroke victim calls, two cardiac arrest calls, two diabetic issue calls, one miscellaneous pain call and 24 various medical calls. Trauma calls included eight falls and four auto accident victims. Other types of calls included one medical alert assistance call.
