ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 17 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Burglary on the 2400 block of Sylvester Highway, the 200 block of Barton Avenue, the 500 block of North Westover Boulevard and the 700 block of Goodall Avenue;
— Theft by taking on the 600 block of West Mercer Avenue, the 400 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard and the 200 block of West Tift Avenue;
— Disorderly conduct on the 300 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard and the 1400 block of North Monroe Street;
— Criminal trespass on the 1600 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard and the 100 block of North Central Street;
— Fleeing or attempting to elude an officer on the 1400 block of Jones Avenue;
— Inhumane treatment of animals on the 600 block of Bobbitt Drive;
— Aggravated assault on the 500 block of Swift Street;
— Discharging firearms on the 1200 block of Maryland Drive;
— Marijuana possession on the 1600 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Missing person on the 2400 block of Cardinal Street.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 16 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Personal welfare check on the 800 block of Cordele Road and the 5400 block of Newton Road;
— Miscellaneous call on the 3300 block of Sylvester Highway;
— Criminal trespass on the 5100 block of Old Dawson Road;
— Accidental overdose on the 500 block of Pine Bluff Road;
— Juvenile problem on the 1000 block of Butternut Avenue;
— Auto accident on the 100 block of Philema Road;
— Suspicious auto on the 100 block of Mockingbird Drive;
— Attempt to contact on the 6000 block of James Drive;
— Speeding auto on the 2700 block of Cordele Road;
— Terroristic threats on the 2100 block of Habersham Road;
— Fraud on the 4800 block of Impala Lane;
— Missing person on the 6400 block of Newton Road;
— Family violence on the 1400 block of Southeast Liberty Expressway;
— 911 hang up on the 6000 block of James Drive;
— Loud music on the 100 block of Bennett Drive.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least eight calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— EMS assist on the 3600 block of Radial Avenue, the 900 block of West 2nd Avenue, the 1800 block of Keystone Avenue and the 1400 block of North Washington Street;
— Motor vehicle accident at the intersection of West Society Avenue and North Davis Street;
— Unauthorized burning on the 4700 block of Stagecoach Road;
— Alarm on the 300 block of Flint Avenue;
— Arcing electrical on the 900 block of Mercedes Street.
DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 73 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included seven cardiac arrest calls, six miscellaneous pain calls, five seizure calls, five chest pain calls, five respiratory issue calls, three diabetic issue calls, two stroke victim calls, one mental health call and 26 various medical calls. Trauma calls included seven auto accident victims. Other types of calls included three medical alert calls.
