ALBANY — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 44 incidents on Monday and early Tuesday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Failure to maintain lane on the 2100 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Criminal trespass on the 300 block of Cordele Road, the 300 block of West Mercer Avenue and the 300 block of Grant Place;
— Shoplifting on the 100 block of South Westover Boulevard, the 2600 block of Gillionville Road, the 1000 block of West Gordon Avenue and the 300 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Second-degree criminal damage to property on the 2000 block of LaFayette Drive;
— Entering autos on the 1500 block of West Highland Avenue and the 2800 block of Palmyra Road;
— Discharging firearms on the 800 block of Cedar Avenue;
— Disorderly conduct on the 2400 block of North Slappey Boulevard, the 100 block of Blaylock Street, the 400 block of Jefferies Avenue, the 500 block of North Slappey Boulevard and the 400 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Family violence, unfounded, on the 2500 block of Forsythe Street and the 100 block of Cordele Road;
— First-degree burglary on the 500 block of Jefferies Avenue;
— Thefts by taking on the 1600 block of Beverly Avenue, the 2500 block of West Doublegate Drive, the 2300 block of Juniper Drive, the 100 block of Shelby Lane and the 1100 block of North Westover Boulevard;
— Simple battery, family violence, on the 300 block of North Monroe Street;
— Simple battery on the 600 block of 11th Avenue;
— Miscellaneous property damage on the 800 block of Flint Avenue and the 2400 block of Clark Avenue;
— Second-degree burglaries on the 100 block of Whittlesey Court and the 1400 block of Clark Avenue;
— Simple assault on the 1200 block of North Westover Boulevard;
— Found property on the 2300 block of Taft Street;
— Open container on the 500 block of North Jefferson Street;
— Motor vehicle theft on the 500 block of Pine Avenue;
— Suspended, revoked licenses on the 1500 block of North Slappey Boulevard and the 500 block of Rosenberg Street;
— Warrant service report on the 200 block of Pine Avenue;
— Criminal trespass, family violence, on the 500 block of Rosenberg Street;
— Marijuana possession at the intersection of Clark Avenue and Adelyn Road.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 18 calls on Monday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Family violence on the 4600 block of Palm Avenue;
— Suspicious autos on the 500 block of the Liberty Expressway and the 1700 of Lily Pond Road;
— Assistance to police on the 3400 block of Gillionville Road;
— Burglar alarms on the 300 block of Sweetbrier Road, the 3500 block of Moultrie Road, the 1400 block of Williamsburg Road and the 3500 block of Fleming Road;
— Traffic control on the 500 block of Old Pretoria Road;
— Criminal trespass on the 500 block of Pinson Road;
— Bite case on the 3000 block of Woodridge Court;
— Motor vehicle theft on the 1700 block of Lily Pond Road;
— Assistance to a motorist on the 400 block of Westover Boulevard;
— Inhumane treatment of animal on the 400 block of Pine Bluff Road;
— Auto accident on the 5400 block of Newton Road;
— Report of shots fired on the 3700 block of Countryside Drive.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 15 calls on Monday and early Tuesday, available reports show. Incidents included:
— Medical assistance on the 1300 block of Fifth Avenue and the 1400 block of Colquitt Avenue;
— Water or steam leak on the 1200 block of Parker Avenue;
— Extrication of victims at the intersection of North Madison Street and Pine Avenue;
— Water evacuation on the 200 block of West Tift Avenue;
— Motor vehicle accidents at the intersection of 11th Avenue and Palmyra Road, the intersection of North Slappey Boulevard and West First Avenue and the intersection of Old Dawson Road and North Westover Boulevard;
— Arching, shorted electrical equipment on the 2400 block of Osler Court;
— Alarm system activation on the 1900 block of McIntosh Road.
