ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 15 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Battery on the 200 block of Adelyn Road, the 2000 block of Evergreen Drive, the 500 block of South McKinley Street, the 300 block of North Ingleside Drive and the 500 block of 10th Avenue;
— Theft by taking on the 800 block of Gaines Avenue;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 400 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Entering auto on the 200 block of Frost Street;
— Aggravated battery on the 1600 block of Pineview Avenue;
— Criminal trespass on the 500 block of 10th Avenue, the 300 block of Station Crossing Lane and the 1700 block of Dorchester Drive;
— Burglary on the 1000 block of West Fourth Avenue;
— Disorderly conduct on the 1200 block of Westwood Drive.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 14 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Sign down on the 5100 block of Dower Avenue;
— Assist motorist on the 700 block of Philema Road;
— Traffic light out at the intersection of Branch Road and Sylvester Highway;
— Personal welfare checks on the 4400 block of Stage Coach Road and the 300 block of Foxfire Road;
— Auto accident with injuries on the 1700 block of Beattie Road;
— Theft by taking on the 900 block of Gay Drive;
— 911 hang-up on the 6100 block of Newton Road;
— Suspicious auto on the 3600 block of Slade Avenue;
— Auto accident on the 500 block of the Liberty Expressway;
— Motor vehicle theft on the 3400 block of Sweetbrier Road;
— Accidental hit-and-run on the 100 block of Byron Plantation Road;
— Unwanted guest on the 100 block of Lovers Lane Road;
— Road block on the 1000 block of Eight Mile Road.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least four calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Overheated motors on the 400 block of West Third Avenue, the 200 block of Adelyn Road and the 400 block of Johnson Road;
— Arcing electrical on the 1100 block of East Residence Avenue.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 55 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included 12 respiratory issue calls, three chest pain calls, two labor pain calls, two mental health calls, two miscellaneous pain calls, one seizure call and 20 various medical calls. Trauma calls included four auto accident victims, four assaults and three falls. Other types of calls included two medical alert calls.
