ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 15 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Aggravated assault on the 500 block of Shadowlawn Drive and the 600 block of Arrowhead Lane;
— Theft by taking on the 500 block of 10th Avenue, the 2000 block of Radium Springs Road and the 600 block of West Third Avenue;
— Entering auto on the 600 block of North Madison Street;
— Criminal damage to property on the 400 block of Fifth Avenue;
— Criminal trespass on the 1500 block of Georgia Avenue, the 600 block of Stadium Drive and the 600 block of West Residence Avenue;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 800 block of North Westover Boulevard, the 100 block of South Westover Boulevard and the 2600 block of Dawson Road;
— Battery on the 1100 block of Clark Avenue;
— Stalking on the 1800 block of Schley Avenue.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 12 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Road blocked on the 3900 block of Moultrie Road;
— Speeding auto at the intersection of Liberty Expressway and Moultrie Road;
— Animal at large on the 3600 block of Radial Avenue and the 2400 block of Lily Pond Road;
— Traffic control on the 2800 block of Kirksey Road;
— Criminal trespass on the 2700 block of Spring Flats Road and the 2800 block of Spellman Drive;
— Auto accident on the 100 block of Lover’s Lane Road;
— Unknown problem on the 100 block of Rosewood Drive;
— Assist motorist on the 1700 block of Lily Pond Road;
— Suspicious auto on the 300 block of Osprey Ridge Court;
— Suspicious person on the 3000 block of Woodridge Court.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least four calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Smoke scare at the intersection of Ashwood Street and Sylvester Highway;
— Power line down at the intersection of Greenwood Drive and Pearl Avenue;
— Sprinkler activation on the 2600 block of Dawson Road;
— EMS assist on the 1900 block of Chatham Drive.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 55 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included four respiratory issue calls, four labor issue calls, three diabetic issue calls, three faint calls, three seizure calls, two miscellaneous pain calls, two stroke victim calls, one chest pain call and 26 various medical calls. Trauma calls included three auto accident victim calls, two falls and one assault.
