ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 26 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Battery on the 2400 block of Leonard Avenue, the 1900 block of Whispering Pines Road, the 1200 block of Kingstown Court, the 700 block of West Second Avenue and the 1100 block of Avalon Avenue;
— Injured person on the 1600 block of Pineview Avenue;
— Burglary on the 400 block of West Fourth Avenue;
— Criminal trespass on the 900 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard and the 1300 block of Hobson Street;
— Entering autos on the 1600 block of Beverly Avenue, the 2000 block of Cove’s Court, the 1600 block of Henri Avenue, the 1200 block of Towering Pines Road, the 1000 block of East Edgewater Drive, the 1000 block of East Fourth Avenue, the 2200 block of Beachview Drive, the 500 block of Hobson Street, the 600 block of West Society Avenue and the 1400 block of Greenbrier Court;
— Thefts by taking on the 1900 block of Palmyra Road, the 200 block of Pinson Drive and the 2600 block of Partridge Drive;
— Financial transaction card fraud on the 2000 block of East Broad Avenue;
— Disorderly conduct on the 2700 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Criminal damage to property on the 700 block of Cantrell Lane;
— Reckless conduct on the 200 block of Thornton Drive.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least five calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Family violence on the 400 block of Branch Road;
— Animal at large on the 6000 block of Gillionville Road;
— Demented person on the 1900 block of South County Line Road;
— Auto accident on the 4600 block of Gillionville Road;
— Open door on the 1300 block of Williamsburg Road.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least five calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Dumpster fire on the 4000 block of Gillionville Road;
— Arcing electrical on the 800 block of 16th Avenue and the 200 block of North Madison Street;
— Remove victim stuck in elevator on the 200 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Auto accident at the intersection of North Madison Street and Park Lane
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 54 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included three chest pain calls, nine respiratory issue calls, four fainting calls, one stroke call, four diabetic issue calls, two seizure calls, one mental health call, 15 miscellaneous medical calls, two cardiac arrest calls, two medical alarm calls, one fire stand-by call, six auto accident victim calls, two laceration calls and one assault call.
