ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 28 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Battery/family violence, first offense, on the 900 block of Frotscher Street and the 600 block of West Fourth Avenue;

— Aggravated assault with a firearm on the 100 block of East Road;

— Statutory rape on the 800 block of Goodall Avenue;

— Obstruction of law enforcement officers on the 200 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Aggravated assault on the 100 block of West Broad Avenue;

— Interfering with city officers prohibited on the 300 block of West Third Avenue;

— Fourth-degree forgery on the 100 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Thefts by taking on the 600 block of Albert Court, the 2100 block of Newton Road, the 400 block of South McKinley Street, the 700 block of Wheeler Avenue and the 1000 block of 11th Avenue;

— Second-degree criminal damage to property on the 700 block of West Second Avenue;

— Disorderly conduct on the 200 block of Sixth Avenue, the 600 block of West Mercer Avenue and the 1200 block of Kingstown Court;

— Criminal trespass, family violence, on the 300 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Criminal trespass on the 2900 block of Gillionville Road;

— Simple battery on the 600 block of 11th Avenue and the 900 block of South Maple Street;

— First-degree burglary on the 1300 block of East Tift Avenue and the 2800 block of Westgate Drive;

— Harassing phone calls on the 2700 block of Gillionville Road;

— Thefts by shoplifting on the 2800 block of Nottingham Way and the 200 block South Slappey Boulevard;

— Entering autos on the 1600 block of Schley Avenue and the 1500 block of Georgia Avenue.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least 11 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Family violence on the 3200 block of Sylvester Highway, the 1100 block of Sweetwater Avenue, the 200 block of North Hibiscus Road and the 1000 block of James Cross Avenue;

— Criminal trespass on the 200 block of Pinson Road;

— Auto accident on the 4500 block of Sylvester Highway;

— Miscellaneous call on the corner of Clark Avenue and Hill Road;

— Auto accident with extrication at the intersection of the Liberty Expressway Southeast and Antioch Road;

— Wanted person on the 3300 block of Sylvester Highway;

— Traffic control on the corner of the Liberty Expressway Southeast and McKenzie Road;

— Suspicious auto on the intersection of Cordele Road and Doles Road.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least five calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Motor vehicle accidents on the 1400 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard and the intersection of the Liberty Expressway and Antioch Road;

— Grass fire on the 2700 block of Dawson Road;

— Passenger vehicle fire on the 2000 block of the Liberty Expressway Southeast;

— Building fire on the 1200 block of Van Deman Street.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 66 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included three chest pain calls, one abdominal pain call, one choking call, seven respiratory issue calls, 17 general sickness calls, two fainting calls, one altered mental status call, two stroke calls, one OB call, two seizure calls, two abnormal behavior calls and one cardiac arrest call. Trauma calls included 12 auto accident calls, six falls, one laceration call, two assault calls, one animal bite call and one traumatic injury call. Other calls included one standby for APD and two local transport calls.
