ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 29 calls on Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Shoplifting on the 1500 block of North Jefferson Street;

— First-degree burglaries on the 1000 block of West Lincoln Avenue, the 1700 block of South Jackson Street and the 1800 block of Keystone Avenue;

— Aggravated assault, family violence, on the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive;

— Terroristic threats and acts on the 800 block of Corn Avenue;

— Criminal trespass on the 500 block of North Haley Street and the first block of Dobbs Drive;

— Theft by conversion on the 3900 block of Newton Road;

— Second-degree burglary on the 800 block of 21st Avenue;

— Battery, family violence, on the 2400 block of South Washington Street;

— Simple battery, family violence, on the 2300 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive;

— Aggravated assault on the 1600 block of Pineview Avenue;

— Theft by taking on the 2600 block of Dawson Road;

— Public indecency, saggy pants, on the 400 block of McKinley Street.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least 44 calls Thursday, Friday and early Saturday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Demented person on the 300 block of Hollis Drive;

— Disorderly conduct on the 4500 block of Sylvester Road;

— Animal running at large on the 1700 block of Moultrie Road;

— Loud music on the 3100 block of War Eagle Drive;

— Suicide attempt on Lily Pond Road;

— Suspicious persons on the 3800 block of Coakley Avenue, the 400 block of Philema Road, the 2600 block of North Avenue, the 400 block of South Westover Boulevard, the 5100 block of Barrington Drive and the 3700 block of Coakley Avenue;

— Burglar alarms on the 100 block of Mockingbird Drive and the 3000 block of Woodridge Court;

— Fraud on the 1300 block of Clover Lane;

— Unwanted guests on the 4800 block of Impala Lane, the 3900 block of Gillionville Road and the 1900 block of the Liberty Expressway;

— Auto accidents at the intersection of Vanderbilt Drive and Newton Road and the 5600 block of Leary Road;

— Animal calls on the 1600 block of Williamsburg Road and the 4400 block of Stage Coach Road;

— Family violence on the 1300 block of Miller Street, the 3400 block of Sweetbrier Road, the 3300 block of Sylvester Road and the 1000 block of Cordele Road;

— Miscellaneous problem on the 300 block of Brown Street;

— Attempt to locate on the 400 block of Pine Bluff Road;

— Assistance to a motorist on the 3000 block of Woodridge Court.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 16 calls on Thursday and early Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Motor vehicle accidents at the intersection of Dawson Road and Old Dawson Road, the 1100 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard, the intersection of West Broad Avenue and South Harding Street, the intersection of North Westover Boulevard and Old Dawson Road, the intersection of South Monroe Street and West Whitney Avenue and the 1200 block of Swift Street;

— Emergency medical calls on the 800 block of Cameo Lane, the 2500 block of Belmont Avenue and the 2700 West Oakridge Drive;

— Alarm activations on the 1700 block of Palmyra Road and the 3800 block of Old Dawson Road;

— Passenger vehicle fire on the 1300 block of Edgerly Avenue;

— Unauthorized burning on the 1300 block of West Fourth Avenue;

— Excessive heat, scorch burns, on the 200 block of Pinson Road.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County Emergency Medical Services responded to at least 64 on Thursday, available reports show. Medical calls included four chest pain calls, one unknown problem/man down, eight respiratory issues, 25 general sickness calls, one fainting, three altered mental statuses, two seizures, two abnormal behavior/suicide attempts and one cardiac arrest/death. Trauma calls included eight auto accidents, seven falls, one laceration and one assault.
