ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 14 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents include:

— Criminal trespass on the 200 block of West First Avenue, the 2600 block of South Jackson Street and the 1100 block of Newton Road;

— Burglary on the 2500 block of Brierwood Drive;

— Thefts by shoplifting on the 2800 block of Nottingham Way and the 2400 block of Dawson Road;

— Thefts by taking on the 1000 block of South Slappey Boulevard and the 2700 block of Meredyth Drive;

— Missing persons on the 500 block of Porter Lane and the 900 block of Cherry Avenue;

— Deceased person on the 700 block of Corn Avenue;

— Terroristic threats on the 500 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Aggravated assault on the 900 block of Mercedes Street;

— DUI on the 2300 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard.

— Suspicious auto at the intersection of Old Pretoria Road and South Westover Boulevard;

— Auto accident on the 100 block of the Liberty Expressway;

— Suspicious auto on the 800 block of Strout Avenue;

— Miscellaneous call on the 900 block of Barbragale Avenue;

— Contact person on the 500 block of Pine Bluff Road;

— Animal call on the 500 block of Pine Bluff Road;

— Wanted person on the 4200 block of Sylvester Highway;

— Traffic arrest on the 3100 block of Sylvester Highway;

— Auto accident, hit and run, on the 100 block of Chehaw Park Road;

— Information only call on the 100 block of Georgia Power Road.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 11 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— EMS assists on the 300 block of South County Line Road, the 2000 block of Dawson Road, the 700 block of Corn Avenue, the 200 block of West Third Avenue and the 700 block of Dartmouth Lane;

— Power line down on the 300 block of McCray Drive;

— Auto accident at the intersection of Sylvester Highway and Johnson Road;

— Arcing electrical on the 600 block of Indian Creek Drive;

— Assist police on the 1500 block of Ken Gardens Road;

— Mobile home fire on the 200 block of Paige Street;

— Passenger vehicle fire on the 1200 block of North Slappey Boulevard.
