ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 36 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Simple battery on the 700 block of North Jackson Street;

— DUI on the corner of West Oakridge Drive and South Madison Street;

— Criminal trespass on the 400 block of Kingswood Drive, the 500 block of Willard Avenue, the 800 block of Cherry Avenue, the 300 block of North Slappey Boulevard, the 900 block of Inverness Road, the 600 block of Eugemar Drive, the 2700 block of West Oakridge Drive and the 200 block of Adelyn Road;

— Second-degree criminal damage to property on the 1100 block of University Street;

— Thefts by taking on the 500 block of Cordele Road and the 500 block of North Westover Boulevard;

— Entering auto on the 1700 block of Malone Drive;

— Theft by taking with a firearm on the 1100 block of Moultrie Road;

— Simple assault, family violence, on the 1300 block of West Whitney Avenue;

— Third-degree forgery on the 2100 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Simple battery, family violence, on the 2000 block of West Broad Avenue, the 1400 block of Whispering Pines Road and the 1000 block of Rosedale Avenue;

— Theft of lost/mislaid property on the 200 block of Telfair Avenue;

— Loitering on the 600 block of Eugemar Drive;

— Disorderly conduct on the 1600 block of Pineview Avenue, the 1200 block of North Jefferson Street and the 1500 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Pedestrians soliciting rides or business on the corner of West Second Avenue and North Jefferson Street, and the 700 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— First-degree forgery on the 2400 block of Sylvester Highway;

— Miscellaneous property damage report on the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive;

— Warrant service reports on the 800 block of Cherry Avenue, the 800 block of Hobson Street and the 1900 block of Buck Lane;

— Robbery by force on the 900 block of 11th Avenue;

— First-degree burglary on the 2100 block of South Madison Street;

— Criminal trespass, family violence, on the 1300 block of Fifth Avenue;

— Drug paraphernalia on the intersection of Rosebrier Avenue and Butler Drive.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least 10 calls on Thursday and the early hours of Friday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Recovered property on the 2700 block of Barnaby Drive;

— Transfer to EMS on the 1700 block of Williamsburg Circle;

— Auto accidents on the 3000 block of Clark Avenue and the 800 block of the Liberty Expressway Southeast;

— Theft by taking on the 500 block of the Liberty Expressway Southeast;

— Harassing phone calls on the 2700 block of Leary Road;

— Small horses at large on the 1000 block of Gaissert Road;

— Burglary of business on the 6700 block of Newton Road;

— Contact person on the 800 block of Spurlock Street;

— Assist motorist on the intersection of Newton Road and Hardup Road.
