ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 12 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Burglaries on the 1100 block of Dawson Road, the 500 block of West Gordon Avenue and the 3200 block of Saddleleaf Avenue;

— Thefts by shoplifting on the 1000 block of West Gordon Avenue, the 400 block of South Slappey Boulevard and the 200 block of Cordele Road;

— Battery on the 900 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Criminal trespass on the 3600 block of Castle Pines Lane and the 2200 block of Dervan Street;

— Disorderly conduct on the 500 block of American Lane;

— Aggravated assault on the 100 block of North Mock Road;

— Kidnapping on the 1600 block of Newton Road.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least 14 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— 911 hang-up on the 2300 block of Sanborn Avenue;

— Sexual assault on the 5900 block of Newton Road;

— Auto accidents on the 1000 block of the Liberty Expressway and the 2600 block of Oak View Street;

— Suspicious person on the 2700 block of Newcastle Lane;

— Auto accident on the 3400 block of Spring Flats Road;

— Discharging firearm on the 1100 block of Butternut Avenue;

— Harassing phone calls on the 3800 block of Coakley Avenue;

— Burglary on the 100 block of Lovers Lane Road;

— Animal at large on the 1700 block of Williamsburg Road;

— Criminal trespass on the 800 block of Putney Avenue;

— Suspicious person on the 800 block of Westview Drive;

— Theft by taking on the 5900 block of Newton Road.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least four calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Brush fire on the 1700 block of Cordell Avenue;

— Authorized controlled burning on the 900 block of Holloway Avenue;

— Passenger vehicle fire at the intersection of the Liberty Expressway and Blaylock Street;

— EMS assist on the 2700 block of Pointe North Boulevard.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 59 calls on Monday and the early hours of Tuesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included four chest pain calls, three abdominal pain calls, one back pain call, 13 respiratory issue calls, two fainting calls, one stroke call, one diabetic issue call, two labor issue calls, two seizure calls, one mental health call and 16 general sickness calls. Trauma calls included six auto accidents and six falls. Other types of calls included one local transport.
