ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 18 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents include:
— Criminal trespass on the 1500 block of North Slappey Boulevard and the 300 block of Station Crossing Drive;
— Missing person on the 500 block of Don Cutler Sr. Drive;
— Battery on the 700 block of East Broad Avenue and the 300 block of North Davis Street;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 1500 block of North Jefferson Street;
— Interfering with officers on the 900 block of 17th Avenue;
— Malicious mischief on the 400 block of Partridge Drive;
— Criminal damage to property on the 300 block of Forrestal Lane and the 1100 block of Newton Road;
— Terroristic threats and acts on the 2400 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Disorderly conduct on the 1900 block of Dawson Road and the 500 block of South McKinley Street;
— Thefts by taking on the 1200 block of North Westover Boulevard, the 200 block of Cordele Road, the 100 block of Stepping Stone Lane, the 2700 block of Meredyth Drive and the 2300 block of Jewel Street.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least nine calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Animals at large on the 2600 block of Oak View Street and the 3200 block of War Eagle Drive;
— Unwanted guest on the 4800 block of Pinto Drive;
— Personal welfare check on the 2800 block of Quail Run Drive;
— Suspicious auto on the 3300 block of Sylvester Highway;
— Ride request on the 3500 block of Blue Springs Road and the 1700 block of Beattie Road;
— Assist motorist at the intersection of Moultrie Road and South Mock Road;
— Auto accident on the 1700 block of Lily Pond Road.
ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least six calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:
— Unauthorized burnings on the 4900 block of Hill Road, the 100 block of East Road and the 2800 block of Newcomb Road;
— Grass fire at the intersection of North Washington Street and the Liberty Expressway;
— Smoke scare on the 500 block of Baldwin Drive;
— EMS assist on the 4400 block of Radium Springs Road.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 67 calls on Tuesday and the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included one chest pain call, two back pain calls, one well person check, nine respiratory issue calls, one fainting call, two stroke calls, three diabetic issue calls, one labor call, three seizure calls, two mental health issue calls, one cardiac arrest call, four unknown problem calls and 22 general sickness calls. Trauma calls included two auto accidents, five falls, two lacerations and six assaults.
