Albany, Dougherty County Police/Fire/EMS reports — Nov. 27-28, 2018

ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 13 calls on Tuesday and into the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Disorderly conduct on the 900 block of West Tift Avenue;

— Child in need of services on the 2300 block of Nottingham Way;

— Battery on the 1900 block of Avalon Avenue;

— Theft by deception on the 100 block of South Slappey Boulevard;

— Criminal trespasses on the 600 block of South McKinley Street and the 400 block of South McKinley Street;

— Burglaries on the 2200 block of Lady Marion Lane and the 400 block of Forest Glen Drive;

— Entering autos on the 1700 block of Turner Field Road and the 1400 block of South Carolina Avenue;

— Thefts by taking on the 1300 block of South Slappey Boulevard, the 800 block of West Lincoln Avenue and the 900 block of Holloway Avenue.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least nine calls on Tuesday and into the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Hit and run accidents at the intersection of Moultrie Road and Nelms Road and the intersection of Pine Bluff Road and Clark Avenue;

— Overdose drug abuse on Pryor Street;

— Auto accidents on the 2600 block of Nelms Road, the intersection of Nelms Road and Gravel Hill Road and the 7800 block of Gillionville Road;

— Family violence on the intersection of Pinto Drive and Nelms Road;

— Fraud on the 2100 block of Habersham Road;

— Theft by taking on the 600 block of Gaissert Road.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 12 calls on Monday, Tuesday and into the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Extrication of victim(s) on the 100 block of Cordele Road;

— Motor vehicle accidents on the intersection of Dawson Road and Whispering Pines Road, the 1400 block of Cromartie Beach Drive, the intersection of Liberty Expressway and Clark Avenue and the 2000 block of Palmyra Road;

— Building fires on the 1000 block of Dunes Avenue and the 2400 block of Brierwood Drive;

— Passenger vehicle fire on the 200 block of Eugene Lane;

— Arcing, shorted electrical equipment, on the 2300 block of Liberty Expressway Southeast;

— Animal rescue on the 1300 block of Seventh Avenue;

— Emergency medical assistance call on the 1500 block of Alabama Avenue;

— Power line down on the 200 block of Whitehead Drive.

DOUGHERTY EMS: The Dougherty County Emergency Medical Service responded to at least 44 calls on Tuesday and into the early hours of Wednesday, available reports indicate.

The medical calls included two chest pains, two abdominal pains/problems, one lift assistance, one headache, one unknown/man down, two respiratory issues, 15 general sicknesses, one altered mental status, one stroke, one diabetic issue, two seizures, one abnormal behavior/suicide attempt and two various medical calls.

The trauma calls included one overdose, six auto accidents and four falls. The other calls included one medical alert activation.
