ALBANY POLICE: The Albany Police Department responded to at least 22 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Entering autos on the 1800 block of Seay Court and the 2700 block of Dawson Road;

— Suicide attempt on the 100 block of Mitchell Avenue;

— Burglaries on the 1100 block of Avalon Avenue, the 600 block of Johnson Road, the 2900 block of Gillionville Road and the 900 block of 11th Avenue;

— Criminal trespass on the 1800 block of Seay Court, the 600 block of Pinson Road and the 1000 block of Davidson Drive;

— Battery on the 200 block of Slater King Drive and the 1700 block of West Whitney Avenue;

— Deceased person on the 400 block of West Residence Avenue;

— Thefts by taking on the 700 block of 14th Avenue, the 1100 block of Eager Drive, the 300 block of Forrestal Lane and the 500 block of South Jackson Street;

— Child abuse report on the 200 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;

— Aggravated assault on the 1200 block of Radium Springs Road;

— Terroristic threats and acts on the 500 block of South Valencia Drive;

— Disorderly conduct on the 900 block of Holloway Avenue;

— Reckless conduct on the 1600 block of Pineview Avenue.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least six calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— 911 hang-up on the 5400 block of Dyson Court;

— Theft by taking on the 3600 block of Slade Avenue;

— Family violence on the 5600 block of McIver Drive;

— Personal welfare check on the 4000 block of Moultrie Road;

— Burglar alarm on the 3900 block of Pecan Grove Court;

— Assist motorist on the 5800 block of Gillionville Road.

ALBANY FIRE: The Albany Fire Department responded to at least 16 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included:

— Power lines down on the 400 block of Heard Avenue and the 1500 block of Rena Avenue;

— Extrication of victim from wheelchair on the 400 block of Flint Avenue;

— Arcing electrical on the 5000 block of Edith Drive, the 400 block of Heard Avenue and the 2300 block of North Davis Street;

— Assist police department on the 400 block of West Residence Avenue;

— Auto accident on the 500 block of the Liberty Expressway and the intersection of North Westover Boulevard and Westgate Drive;

— Oil cleanup at the intersection of the Liberty Expressway and Blaylock Street;

— EMS assists on the 300 block of North Jackson Street and the 400 block of Flint Avenue;

— Cooking fires on the 600 block of Kingsbury Lane and the 1000 block of West Mercer Avenue;

— Animal rescue on the 2500 block of North Slappey Boulevard;

— Water leak on the 1700 block of Malone Drive.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Dougherty County EMS responded to at least 77 calls on Wednesday and the early hours of Thursday, available reports indicate. Incidents included four chest pain calls, 14 respiratory issue calls, two fainting calls, two stroke calls, one diabetic issue call, three labor calls, five seizure calls, two mental health calls, one unknown problem call and 28 general sickness calls. Trauma calls included six auto accidents, six falls and two lacerations. Other types of calls included one transport.
