Police seek public’s assistance in locating missing teen

ALBANY — Albany police are searching for a missing teenager and are asking for the public’s assistance in locating her.
According to reports, Olivia Higgins, 16, was last seen on Thursday about 10:15 a.m. wearing light acid-washed blue jeans, a pink T-shirt and tennis shoes.
A student at Westover Comprehensive High School, Olivia left school Thursday morning and has not been seen since.
According to officials, no foul play is suspected.
