ALBANY — Dr. Kathy Hudson, right, president of the medical staff at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital, presents Katie Hinman, development officer for the American Red Cross, a check for $5,000 in celebration of Doctor’s Day. Phoebe’s medical staff traditionally celebrates Doctor’s Day by donating to a nonprofit, and the funds donated to the Red Cross this year are intended to be used for storm relief efforts.
