Amy Grant to perform at Wild Adventures
Grammy-winner’s performance part of theme park’s concert series

VALDOSTA — Christian recording artist Amy Grant will be the second performer to take the Wild Adventures Theme Park Stage as part of the 2018 Flash Foods/Circle K Summer Concert Series. The concert is scheduled Saturday.
Grant has won six Grammys and 26 Dove Awards, has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and a star on the Music City Walk of Fame. She was also the first Christian music artist to score a platinum record. “El Shaddai,” “Baby, Baby,” and “The Next Time I Fall” are some of Grant’s best-known hits. She recently released her first Christmas album in almost 20 years and was also inducted into the Gospel Music Hall of Fame.
“It’s always a treat to provide Saturday-night concerts to our guests,” Adam Floyd, Wild Adventures’ public relations manager, said. “And with Splash Island Water Park open as well, it’s going to be a full day of excitement at the park.”
Admission to 2018 concerts, Splash Island Water Park — which is open every Saturday and Sunday in April — and the new Megabugs! Adventure Encounters is included with 2018 park season passes, which are on sale for $20 off the normal price until April 20. The park is offering up to four bring-a-friend tickets for guests who purchase and redeem their season passes by this date. General entry into concerts is free with park admission.
