City Christmas Tree arrives downtown
ALBANY, Ga. The focal point for the 2012 Christmas Parade arrived downtown Wednesday, delivered by Albany Water, Gas & Light Commission linemen.
Ted Johns donated the tree, which will be lit by the family of former Albany Police Officer Terry Lewis Flemming, who was killed while on patrol in 2011.
The parade is set for 6 p.m. Saturday.
