ALBANY — Already called this morning to investigate the apparent death by natural causes of a 54-year-old Albany man, Dougherty County Coroner Michael Fowler headed out at just past 4 p.m. in response to a call of an apparent self-inflicted death.

Fowler said he’d gotten a call about a “gunshot death” on Stagecoach Road that was apparently self-inflicted.
