Downtime angling
Zach Hafer of Hillsboro, Texas, gets in a little fishing Sunday at Lake Loretta in Albany. Hafer, who works with BHI, a company that tears down hydro-electric plants that are being repaired, has been in Albany for a month working on the plant at the Georgie Power Dam. He said one of his friends had awakened in a Houston hotel room Sunday morning to find 3 feet of water in his room, dumped on the area by Hurricane Harvey. (Staff Photo: Carlton Fletcher)
