Easter Seals Southern Georgia celebrates 60th year in Albany

ALBANY — Albany Mayor Dorothy Hubbard signed a proclamation Wednesday recognizing Easter Seals Southern Georgia’s 60th anniversary. The proclamation was presented to Easter Seals Executive Director Beth English and board member Wayne Holloman.
