Deerfield-Windsor School announces scholarship winners
School releases names of Cannon and Middle School scholarship recipients

ALBANY — Deerfield-Windsor juniors Kendyll Freeman and Jackson Eubanks, have been named Cannon Scholars for their senior year.
The Cannon Family Scholarships are named in honor of Chris Cannon and his family in recognition of their long-time support for Deerfield-Windsor School.
Freeman is the daughter of Greg and Sue Freeman. She is captain of the varsity soccer team, vice-president of the junior class, and a member of the math team and Beta Club.
Eubanks is the son of Scott Eubanks and Marti Yelverton. A member of the cross-country team, he is on stage crew for the musical and is a member of the Beta Club and Key Club.
DWS Headmaster Dave Davies also announced Sarah Stevenson and Christianna Ford as winners of Middle School Honor Scholarships for next year.
Honor Scholarships are chosen by the DWS Board of Trustees’ Scholarship Committee and are full- or half-tuition scholarships for the duration of middle school.
Sarah is the daughter of Charles and Tina Stevenson of Lee County. She is currently a fifth-grade student at Terrell Academy and plays softball, basketball and soccer.
Christianna is the daughter of Bernard and Dr. Christine Ford of Albany. She is a fifth-grade student at the International Studies Charter School who is involved in swimming, dance and soccer.
