ALBANY — The Military Spouses’ Club of Albany will host its first live auction since COVID on April 13 at American Legion Post 30, 2916 Gillionville Road in Albany.

The auction is planned for 5-9 p.m. Tickets are $30 per person and include entry to the auction, bidding paddle and dinner. Attendees are encouraged to come dressed in blue jeans and bling. A portion of the proceeds from the event will support the MSCA scholarship and community outreach fund.

Scholarships are awarded to dependents of active-duty personnel such as spouses, high school seniors and those currently enrolled in college. Additional recipients considered are retired military, reserve, and Gold Star families. Interested persons can register at Military Spouses’ Club of Albany – MSCA Denim & Diamonds Charity Auction (wildapricot.org).

Yes, the annual MSCA Scholarship and Charitable Distribution Auction is back, and this year the military spouses are mixing denim with diamonds for a night of glitz and giving. The community is invited to step into the denim and diamonds dreamland, where every bid supports the MSCA Scholarship and Charitable Distribution Fund.

The denim and diamonds combo is the ultimate showdown of style and substance, featuring both live and silent auctions filled to the brim with treasures that won’t be found anywhere else. There’s no shortage of must-have items waiting to entice bidders.

But tickets aren’t just entry into the hottest event in town – each is a passport to a delicious dinner that will fuel everyone’s bidding frenzy and put those paddles to good use.

So dust off your denim and polish up those diamonds – it’s time to strut your stuff on the auction floor. The Military Spouse’s Club is preparing the denim and diamonds affair of the year – come out, bid high, and dazzle in denim while supporting a cause close to everyone’s hearts.
